Lead product discovery and delivery for Dayshape's Scheduling team: define roadmap, engage customers, design AI-driven scheduling and optimisation features, work with engineering and design, measure outcomes, and support launches.

Provide technical consultancy and lead solution design for complex enterprise integrations, deliver high-quality integration builds, mentor and raise team capability, identify integration gaps, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to achieve sustainable client outcomes.
