Teams at Dayshape

Own the vision and roadmap for Dayshape’s Tax and high-volume product area. Lead customer discovery, workshops, research, and validation; translate complex operational workflows into product initiatives; and partner with Engineering and Design through delivery, launch, and iteration. Define success measures, support pilots, collaborate across commercial teams, and explore AI-enabled allocation, workload balancing, and decision support. The role requires strong enterprise product management, systems thinking, technical fluency, customer engagement, and cross-functional influence.

Lead complex SaaS implementations for enterprise customers, including discovery workshops, requirements analysis, solution design, data mapping, configuration, integrations, demos, UAT, training, and issue resolution. Advise stakeholders on current and future processes, conduct cost-benefit analyses, support project delivery and Statements of Work, mentor team members, and improve implementation methodology. The role requires customer-site travel several days each quarter.

Investigate and resolve complex enterprise customer application issues through log, data, and product analysis. Own support cases, coordinate with Engineering, manage releases and deployments, document solutions, support customer milestones, and improve product quality and support processes. Build customer relationships, create self-service content, and use automation and AI to improve workflows. The role requires SQL, scripting or programming knowledge, and strong independent troubleshooting and communication skills.
