Serves as Daymark Health’s first in-house legal leader, overseeing corporate governance, healthcare regulatory compliance, value-based care contracting, CPOM and MSO/PC structuring, privacy, AI governance, employment law, commercial agreements, insurance, IP, and outside counsel. Builds scalable legal processes, supports multi-state market expansion, advises executives and the board, and manages legal risk across payer, vendor, partnership, and strategic transactions.

Owns IT infrastructure, endpoint management, identity and access, security, compliance, vendor relationships, and employee support across corporate and clinical teams. The role designs scalable systems, resolves hardware and software issues, manages provisioning and deprovisioning, develops IT policies and documentation, supports HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, and maintains disaster recovery and cybersecurity response practices. Periodic travel to regional offices is required.

Own and organize the product backlog, write user stories and requirements, coordinate product rituals, triage bugs and feature requests, support clinical and operational teams, coordinate QA and releases, maintain documentation, and assist with discovery. The role partners closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Clinical teams to improve a healthcare care-management platform.

Own day-to-day learning and development operations for care team onboarding across multiple markets. Manage training calendars, trainers, subject matter experts, session logistics, onboarding checklists, and LMS completion tracking. Lead training-week execution for new market launches, coordinate shadowing programs, measure training effectiveness, and use data and feedback to improve delivery. Build scalable training resources and launch playbooks while partnering with Clinical Operations and market leaders.

Build and scale Daymark Health’s cancer care platform across the stack. Responsibilities include developing secure infrastructure and core systems, collaborating with product, data, operations, and customers, integrating workflows, following HIPAA and SOC 2 controls, handling PHI securely, and using AI coding tools to accelerate development. The role requires contributing to technical strategy, improving user experience, and adapting quickly in a startup environment.

Lead Daymark Health’s oncology provider network growth strategy, building relationships with practices, academic centers, and oncology networks. Structure and negotiate provider contracts, shared savings models, and strategic partnerships from sourcing through signing and implementation handoff. Collaborate with payer growth and operations leaders to expand markets and ensure successful onboarding. The role requires strong value-based care expertise, financial modeling ability, relationship-building skills, and up to 20% travel.
