Enroll prospective oncology patients through high-volume outbound and inbound calls, guide them through consent and enrollment, triage requests, complete surveys, and escalate urgent needs to clinical teams. Build trust with patients and providers, document interactions in CRM and EHR systems, identify access barriers, support process improvements, and meet enrollment and quality targets. This is a fully remote role for candidates located in Michigan, with occasional evening or weekend coverage.

Own day-to-day learning and development operations for care team onboarding across multiple markets. Manage training calendars, trainers, subject matter experts, session logistics, onboarding checklists, and LMS completion tracking. Lead training-week execution for new market launches, coordinate shadowing programs, measure training effectiveness, and use data and feedback to improve delivery. Build scalable training resources and launch playbooks while partnering with Clinical Operations and market leaders.

Build and scale Daymark Health’s cancer care platform across the stack. Responsibilities include developing secure infrastructure and core systems, collaborating with product, data, operations, and customers, integrating workflows, following HIPAA and SOC 2 controls, handling PHI securely, and using AI coding tools to accelerate development. The role requires contributing to technical strategy, improving user experience, and adapting quickly in a startup environment.
