Leads a sales team while managing Account Executive responsibilities, including engaging inbound leads through calls, texts, and emails, presenting mandibular advancement devices, converting prospects, and maintaining customer relationships. Owns sales targets and performance metrics, coaches representatives through huddles, one-on-ones, and call reviews, enforces CRM and follow-up standards, partners with operations and marketing, and promotes a patient-first sales culture.

Resolve escalated patient issues and cancellation requests while maintaining satisfaction, retention, policy compliance, and resolution budgets. Follow up on cases, monitor KPIs such as resolution time and customer satisfaction, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to address recurring problems and improve customer experience.

Lead end-to-end social content strategy and production to grow Daybreak's brand and audience. Develop repeatable content franchises, produce high-quality videos/photos, publish across platforms, engage community, track KPIs, and iterate based on performance while ensuring compliance with healthcare, legal, and brand standards.

Lead forecasting, financial modeling, and analytics infrastructure to inform leadership decisions. Build dashboards, translate data into executive recommendations, and drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end using SQL, R/Python, Excel, and AI-enabled workflows.
