Resolve escalated patient issues and cancellation requests while maintaining satisfaction, retention, policy compliance, and resolution budgets. Follow up on cases, monitor KPIs such as resolution time and customer satisfaction, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to address recurring problems and improve customer experience.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of internal and external product platforms. Drive cross-functional initiatives with engineering, operations, analytics, and design. Own requirements, backlog prioritization, user research, KPIs, and post-launch performance. Improve operational efficiency and user experience, manage stakeholder communication, and support change management and adoption for high-volume, transaction-heavy customer workflows.

Lead and build Daybreaks national government sales function targeting VA, DoD, Medicaid, correctional, tribal, and public health systems. Develop GTM and contracting strategies, manage pipeline and forecasting, pursue RFPs/contract vehicles, recruit and coach a government sales team, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and reimbursement. Own CRM accuracy, reporting, and executive presentations to scale public-sector revenue.
