Lead and build Daybreaks national government sales function targeting VA, DoD, Medicaid, correctional, tribal, and public health systems. Develop GTM and contracting strategies, manage pipeline and forecasting, pursue RFPs/contract vehicles, recruit and coach a government sales team, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and reimbursement. Own CRM accuracy, reporting, and executive presentations to scale public-sector revenue.

Staff Accountant responsible for payroll administration, revenue and refund postings, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, audits, and tax support. The role partners with the Controller and cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes, controls, reporting, and scalable finance infrastructure.

Lead end-to-end social content strategy and production to grow Daybreak's brand and audience. Develop repeatable content franchises, produce high-quality videos/photos, publish across platforms, engage community, track KPIs, and iterate based on performance while ensuring compliance with healthcare, legal, and brand standards.
