Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and COO. Manages complex calendars, domestic travel, expenses, executive materials, leadership meetings, confidential information, records, and follow-through on initiatives. Serves as a professional point of contact, anticipates executive needs, resolves scheduling challenges, and adapts to changing priorities while maintaining discretion, organization, and professionalism.

Supports housing programs for youth and young adults experiencing homelessness by managing client data, financial records, leases, invoices, compliance documentation, housing placements, move-ins, move-outs, inventory, and landlord communications. Ensures accurate reporting, timely paperwork, grant compliance, and adherence to Housing First, trauma-informed care, and harm-reduction principles while coordinating with clients, landlords, service providers, and internal teams.
