Manage dealership finance and insurance processes: develop menu selling, work with lenders, ensure compliance, inspect paperwork, support sales team, maintain schedules, and maximize F&I profitability and product penetration while delivering professional customer service.

Respond to internet and phone leads, qualify prospects, generate appointments and quotes through outbound prospecting, assist customers with vehicle selection, manage email communication, and coordinate messages with sales staff and departments.

Assist customers at a car dealership by greeting and qualifying buyers, explaining product performance and benefits, handling objections and negotiating pricing, building relationships, reporting to the Sales Manager, and supporting training of new sales associates.
