Manage dealership finance and insurance processes: develop menu selling, work with lenders, ensure compliance, inspect paperwork, support sales team, maintain schedules, and maximize F&I profitability and product penetration while delivering professional customer service.

Respond to internet and phone leads, qualify prospects, generate appointments and quotes through outbound prospecting, assist customers with vehicle selection, manage email communication, and coordinate messages with sales staff and departments.

Greet customers, answer product and service questions, guide buyers through vehicle selection and purchase, build relationships, explain product benefits, and report sales activity to the Sales Manager.
