Lead and grow a small data engineering and analytics team to build and evolve a cloud data platform, deliver data products and AI-powered self-service reporting, support product analytics and experimentation, and partner with engineering and product teams to produce actionable insights for leadership and staff.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications that support teachers and families. Combine ML models, high-quality data, and human-centered workflows into production-ready tools. Own end-to-end lifecycle from research and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and safety/guardrails to ensure ethical, reliable AI features.

Design, implement, and support cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS platforms (primarily AWS) with a focus on security, scalability, and supportability. Integrate IaC and CI/CD practices, administer observability and identity systems, manage AI platform infrastructure, migrate and support enterprise SaaS, and provide operational support and policy guidance to enable scaling of the preschool network.

Lead day-to-day operations of a Montessori-inspired preschool serving ages 3–5. Hire and coach teachers, oversee instructional quality and materials, drive student recruitment and family engagement, manage community partnerships, ensure program evaluation and strategic planning, and serve as the public spokesperson for the school.
