Leads product strategy and development for a mobile early-childhood education experience combining AI, digital caregiver tools, and analog activities. Owns the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing iteration, using family insights to prioritize roadmaps and requirements. Collaborates closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build accessible, customer-focused consumer products in a fast-paced startup environment.

Supports the Head of School in operating a Montessori-inspired preschool. Manages and coaches school staff, implements policies and strategic initiatives, resolves operational issues, oversees facilities, safety, security, vendors, and site partners, and conducts licensing, facility, and daily school audits. The role also supports family and community relationships and ensures safe, effective learning environments for young children.

Lead and optimize design team operations for a new direct-to-consumer product, bringing structure to ambiguity. Coordinate cross-functional workflows across product, engineering, brand, research, and external partners; set up tools and processes, manage assets and timelines, improve systems (including AI), and enable high-quality delivery across digital and physical touchpoints.
