Lead end-to-end product design for early-learning products serving children, teachers, and families. Drive design from concept to launch through research, prototyping, UX/UI, accessibility, and measurement. Collaborate with product, engineering, and curriculum experts to define strategy, build design systems, and iterate products for scale. Conduct user research across diverse communities and travel regularly to school sites for onsite research and collaboration.

Lead and optimize design team operations for a new direct-to-consumer product, bringing structure to ambiguity. Coordinate cross-functional workflows across product, engineering, brand, research, and external partners; set up tools and processes, manage assets and timelines, improve systems (including AI), and enable high-quality delivery across digital and physical touchpoints.
