Lead Dawn Aerospace’s transition from prototype-focused R&D to scalable serial production of reusable spaceplanes. Develop production strategy, operating models, manufacturing processes, readiness criteria, planning and scheduling systems, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and leadership to improve manufacturability, remove bottlenecks, strengthen supplier readiness, and establish repeatable, data-driven production systems supporting multiple spaceplanes annually.

Develop an embedded Linux communication device to link propulsion systems with networked data infrastructure. Implement CAN and serial interfaces, integrate with testing tooling, and verify user experience during AIT. Collaborate with software, electrical, and propulsion engineers and support hands-on operation of propulsion hardware.

Lead design, integration, testing, and lifecycle management of RF hardware for UHF through Ka-band. Manage in-house and third-party ground station operations, perform RF testing/EMI characterization, conduct link budget and interference analyses, and ensure spectrum compliance including ITU filings and regulatory coordination.

Conduct prototyping and conceptual design of electric thrusters, select and assemble components, support and execute hot-fire tests for chemical thrusters, analyze test data, document results in technical reports, and assist the thruster development team with day-to-day activities.

Lead Dawn Aerospace's commercial expansion in Germany: own contract value and pipeline, build government and prime relationships, translate technical capabilities into proposals, negotiate multi-stakeholder deals, establish strategic local operations, and feed regional market intelligence into global strategy.

Own and validate the end-to-end satellite communications chain including hardware, software, ground infrastructure, and external partners. Integrate, test, and operate RF systems, support spectrum/licensing inputs, run interference and end-to-end signal validation, and define operational procedures and tooling for mission operations.

Lead end-to-end systems engineering for one or more spaceplane vehicle functions: define requirements, architecture, interfaces, verification, safety (FHA/FTA/CCA), and reliability/qualification programmes; drive cross-disciplinary technical decisions, lead qualification and flight test activities, and mentor engineers to deliver certified, reliable integrated vehicle capabilities.

Lead development and continuous improvement of the company's compliance framework with a focus on export controls, trade compliance, sanctions and government contracting. Create policies, manage export licence applications and record-keeping, monitor regulatory changes, run risk assessments and audits, deliver training, and partner with cross-functional teams to embed compliance across information security, privacy, AI governance, anti-bribery and ethical conduct.

Support month‑end and year‑end close, prepare IFRS financial reporting and group consolidation, maintain controls and support audits. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, systems improvements, automation, and business partnering across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and commercial teams to inform commercial decisions.
