Performs component and subsystem testing of satellite propulsion hardware in workshop and cleanroom environments. Responsibilities include leak, pressure, environmental, and hot fire testing; operating test equipment and measurement instruments; following test procedures; analyzing test data; preparing reports; and collaborating with engineering and quality control to maintain accurate production records.

Leads export control and trade compliance while building governance, risk, information security, audit, and regulatory compliance frameworks. Develops policies, procedures, controls, registers, reporting, training, and corrective actions; coordinates audits, due diligence, customer and supplier assurance, and international regulatory obligations. Partners across engineering, operations, IT, legal, finance, commercial, and people teams to translate complex requirements into practical business processes and advise senior leaders on risk.

Coordinate procurement, inventory, supplier communications, and materials flow for aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining ERP/MRP records, controlling inventory and serialisation, supporting production builds, escalating supply risks, reconciling stock, and improving supply chain data and workflows. The role works closely with suppliers, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure materials are available on schedule.

Own and improve electrical systems engineering methods for spacecraft propulsion products. Develop scalable architectures, requirements, verification, documentation, configuration-control, and engineering-tool processes. Translate customer needs into system requirements and test procedures, collaborate with R&D teams, and support propulsion operations by investigating anomalies, assessing non-conformances, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

Lead Dawn Aerospace’s transition from prototype-focused R&D to scalable serial production of reusable spaceplanes. Develop production strategy, operating models, manufacturing processes, readiness criteria, planning and scheduling systems, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and leadership to improve manufacturability, remove bottlenecks, strengthen supplier readiness, and establish repeatable, data-driven production systems supporting multiple spaceplanes annually.

Lead design, integration, testing, and lifecycle management of RF hardware for UHF through Ka-band. Manage in-house and third-party ground station operations, perform RF testing/EMI characterization, conduct link budget and interference analyses, and ensure spectrum compliance including ITU filings and regulatory coordination.

Lead Dawn Aerospace's commercial expansion in Germany: own contract value and pipeline, build government and prime relationships, translate technical capabilities into proposals, negotiate multi-stakeholder deals, establish strategic local operations, and feed regional market intelligence into global strategy.

Own and validate the end-to-end satellite communications chain including hardware, software, ground infrastructure, and external partners. Integrate, test, and operate RF systems, support spectrum/licensing inputs, run interference and end-to-end signal validation, and define operational procedures and tooling for mission operations.
