Leads end-to-end development of custom spacecraft propulsion systems, including requirements definition, architecture, technical budgets, detailed design, integration, testing, and delivery. Acts as the customer technical contact and collaborates with project managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role requires aerospace hardware development experience, engineering analysis using MATLAB or Python, CAD proficiency, and familiarity with propulsion systems and aerospace standards.

Build and maintain full-stack business-critical software supporting engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations. Responsibilities include frontend and backend development, database and infrastructure management, cloud deployment pipelines, user experience improvements, and ownership of internal business-system roadmaps. The role requires close stakeholder collaboration, autonomous project delivery, and end-to-end product ownership.

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision aerospace components and flight hardware. Responsibilities include CAM programming, fixture and tooling design, machining prototypes and production parts, inspecting components, proving out programs, and improving machining processes. The role requires collaboration with engineers to solve technical challenges and develop repeatable, scalable manufacturing methods.
