The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a professional services environment.

Lead and deliver complex accounting, audit, review, and compilation engagements. Supervise and mentor junior staff, manage reconciliations, payroll, remittances, and interactions with government agencies, prepare and review financial statements, and provide strategic financial advice and process improvements for clients across industries.

Deliver compilations, reviews, corporate tax returns, and client tax planning for private companies. Manage closings, reconciliations, engagement work plans, budgets, and mentor junior staff while maintaining client relationships and compliance with ASPE, CAS, and Canadian legislation.
