Entry-level dealership sales training program providing classroom and on-the-job training. Duties include prospecting, scheduling appointments, customer needs assessment, negotiating and closing vehicle sales, follow-up for retention, and achieving manufacturer certifications.

Answer and route phone calls, provide basic information to callers, perform administrative tasks and data entry, support department managers, and deliver friendly, professional customer service at the dealership front desk.

Maintain a clean, organized dealership lot and showroom by detailing and preparing new and used vehicles for delivery, stocking supplies, assisting the sales team, and performing routine lot and facility upkeep while providing friendly, customer-focused service.

Work with sales and customers to manage the vehicle financing process: build relationships, present service contracts and programs, complete title and lender paperwork, maintain lender/vendor relationships, and meet monthly F&I income and penetration targets.
