Assist in assembling and preparing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire protection components in a fabrication facility. Use hand and power tools, perform sheet metal work and welding, operate forklifts, organize materials, and support technicians and project managers to ensure quality and readiness for job-site installation.

Support and implement site safety programs across field and office operations. Conduct jobsite audits and incident investigations, coordinate training, manage respiratory protection and PPE, maintain SDS and safety equipment, support injury management and return-to-work, track safety metrics, and collaborate with field leadership to develop corrective actions and continuous program improvements.
