Supports residential and commercial construction teams by coordinating municipal inspections, preparing job folders and packets, tracking builder portal documents, assisting vendors with jobsite access, and handling miscellaneous administrative tasks. The role requires organization, communication, multitasking, adaptability, and attention to detail while providing administrative support to project coordinators and managers.

Assist in assembling and preparing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire protection components in a fabrication facility. Use hand and power tools, perform sheet metal work and welding, operate forklifts, organize materials, and support technicians and project managers to ensure quality and readiness for job-site installation.
