The Product Specialist will facilitate workshops, map business requirements, interact with clients and technical teams, analyze issues, and run various test cycles.

Lead design and implementation of LLM-based features and agentic workflows for an enterprise SaaS OMS platform. Build and optimize models, data pipelines, and AI infrastructure; deploy, monitor, and fine-tune production models; implement responsible AI guardrails; collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams; mentor junior staff and drive scalable, reliable AI solutions.

Lead new business and expand existing accounts across Mexico/LATAM within the SAP ecosystem. Qualify opportunities tied to SAP lifecycle events, co-sell with SAP and partners, manage complex sales cycles and RFP responses, coach regional AEs, maintain CRM forecasts, and collaborate with technical and services teams to meet quota.

Collaborate with teams to enhance product functionalities, manage project initiatives, and leverage AI tools for product optimization in SAP SD.
