Provides Tier 1 technical support for internal employees and occasional clients across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Microsoft 365. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and VPN issues; managing devices through MDM platforms; supporting onboarding and offboarding; monitoring alerts and Jira tickets; assisting with endpoint security remediation; creating scripts and documentation; and escalating complex issues. The role also involves local Buenos Aires travel for hardware pickups and drop-offs.

Deliver SAP order management product implementations by facilitating requirements workshops, mapping business processes, configuring and developing product modifications, and bridging client and technical teams. Analyze SAP and OMS+ issues, recommend solutions, and coordinate unit, integration, and regression testing. The role requires extensive SAP SD configuration and implementation experience, cross-functional knowledge of FI, MM, and LE, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables independently and collaboratively.

The Product Specialist will facilitate workshops, map business requirements, interact with clients and technical teams, analyze issues, and run various test cycles.

Develop product messaging, marketing collateral, launch materials, and social content while partnering with product, sales, and marketing teams. Research customer profiles, competitors, and audience needs to support positioning, lead generation, and pipeline awareness. Use approved AI tools responsibly to accelerate content creation, research, and campaign execution.

Design, build, and optimize enterprise search capabilities using OpenSearch, including mappings, analyzers, indexing pipelines, query DSL, relevance tuning, vector and hybrid search, and search APIs. Diagnose performance issues, support customer implementations, define cluster and lifecycle requirements, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and document search architecture and relevance decisions.

Own the enterprise data layer on SAP HANA Cloud, designing relational and graph models, optimizing SQL and SQLScript performance, and building ingestion and replication pipelines. Develop secure service layers, enforce schema and database standards, implement multi-tenant access controls, and manage monitoring, recovery, capacity, and upgrades. Partner with machine learning and search teams to support feature pipelines and indexing, while documenting data models and graph schemas.

Lead SAP and OMS+ pre-sales engagements by gathering requirements, designing persona-based demonstrations, and presenting value-focused solutions. Advise prospects on SAP SD, BTP, BDC, CX, and cloud architecture while creating AI-enhanced demos using SAP Joule and Claude AI. Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, implementation, and customer technical teams to address requirements, build trusted relationships, communicate solution value, and relay customer feedback for product improvement.
