Build DataXstream’s SAP partner referral motion from the ground up. Recruit and develop SI and ISV partners, establish SAP seller alignment, create enablement and co-marketing programs, design deal-registration and co-sell processes, manage partner-sourced pipeline handoffs, and report on KPIs including SALs, SQLs, and ARR. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and executive partnership leaders, along with travel to SAP and partner events.

Leads and scales a global presales engineering organization, developing talent, processes, demos, proofs of concept, and solution architectures. Integrates AI into presales workflows, positions SAP Order Management across ECC and S/4HANA, supports enterprise go-to-market and deal pursuits, informs product roadmaps through field feedback, defines presales KPIs, and partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, delivery, and customer success.

Provides Tier 1 technical support for internal employees and occasional clients across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Microsoft 365. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and VPN issues; managing devices through MDM platforms; supporting onboarding and offboarding; monitoring alerts and Jira tickets; assisting with endpoint security remediation; creating scripts and documentation; and escalating complex issues. The role also involves local Buenos Aires travel for hardware pickups and drop-offs.

Lead design and implementation of LLM-based features and agentic workflows for an enterprise SaaS OMS platform. Build and optimize models, data pipelines, and AI infrastructure; deploy, monitor, and fine-tune production models; implement responsible AI guardrails; collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams; mentor junior staff and drive scalable, reliable AI solutions.
