Build and maintain platform visibility, IaC, secrets management, and internal automation for SAP BTP. Support CLS migrations, CI/CD pipeline collaboration, AI Foundation initiatives, customer BTP workloads, and participate in on-call incident response while documenting processes.

Own and maintain on-premises infrastructure including a 200+ VM VMware estate, SAN/NAS storage, and enterprise backups. Administer Linux servers (primary), provide Windows support, manage Veeam backups, use SUSE Manager for patching, contribute to IaC efforts, and participate in on-call rotation. Provide cross-coverage for basic MDM and security monitoring triage.

Collaborate with teams to enhance product functionalities, manage project initiatives, and leverage AI tools for product optimization in SAP SD.
