Establish event contracts, improve platform performance and cost, integrate business data sources, and enable self-service analytics and AI-ready semantic layers. Partner with product, engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams to define reliable data solutions and support customer-facing analytics.

Build and deploy AI agents within customers’ audit and finance workflows, taking engagements from initial design through production use. Diagnose accuracy issues against real audit evidence, assess feasibility, configure agents for edge cases, and communicate product gaps to engineering. Lead customer office hours, document deployment practices, shape professional services frameworks, influence product development, and mentor future FDEs. The role is customer-facing, hands-on, fast-paced, and requires occasional travel to customer sites.
