Lead the Americas Customer Success organization to drive adoption, retention, and customer value across segments. Manage managers, operationalize CS strategy, mitigate renewal risk, enable executive engagement, and partner cross-functionally to scale AI-driven adoption and measurable outcomes.

Lead visual design across digital, print, video, and events. Create brand-aligned assets for campaigns, web, social, ads, eBooks, and large-format print. Use Figma and Adobe Suite for production-ready designs, build reusable templates, and leverage AI tools for ideation. 6-month freelance engagement, 3 days/week with at least one day onsite in Amsterdam Noord.

Build and maintain document ingestion, processing, and extraction pipelines and platform APIs. Integrate AI providers, implement ML-powered extraction, ensure quality metrics, security, and compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-ready document intelligence services.
