Responsibilities include designing agent configurations, debugging accuracy issues, assessing feasibility, leading customer deployments, documenting learnings, influencing product and engineering priorities, and mentoring future forward deployed engineers. The role is customer-facing, hands-on, and requires strong communication, technical judgment, AI tooling familiarity, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Build and deploy AI agents within customers’ audit and finance workflows, taking engagements from initial design through production use. Diagnose accuracy issues against real audit evidence, assess feasibility, configure agents for edge cases, and communicate product gaps to engineering. Lead customer office hours, document deployment practices, shape professional services frameworks, influence product development, and mentor future FDEs. The role is customer-facing, hands-on, fast-paced, and requires occasional travel to customer sites.

Leads SMB and Mid-Market customer success teams across regions and languages. Owns retention, customer health, expansion, forecasting, and segment strategy. Builds scalable onboarding, QBR, digital engagement, and success programs while developing CSM talent. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes, influence the roadmap, and support global growth.
