Designs, analyzes, integrates, tests, and documents mechanical and electromechanical hardware for military, government, and commercial applications. Responsibilities include enclosure and component packaging, cable routing, thermal and structural analysis, CAD modeling, engineering drawings, RCCA investigations, prototype support, qualification testing, MRB activities, configuration management, and production transition. Collaborates with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and systems teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Engineer and secure containerized platforms, Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code automation in on-premise and air-gapped environments. Manage Rancher, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, Linux systems, and offline registries; integrate software and hardware; implement security controls; conduct testing; troubleshoot complex issues; and support secure, reliable customer solutions at Fort Bragg.

Provides Tier 1 service desk support for deployable tactical communications systems. Troubleshoots SATCOM terminals, radios, networking, servers, encryption, voice, video, and connectivity; manages incidents, tickets, RMAs, spare parts, access requests, system scans, and configuration changes. Maintains operational connectivity visibility and coordinates users, warehouses, gateways, and cybersecurity compliance activities across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and commercial networks.

Design, implement, document, and maintain secure IP networks and systems for DoD connectivity. Administer Windows/Linux hosts, apply DISA STIGs and RMF controls, configure network devices at CCNP level, support transmission and satellite communications, resolve incidents within SLAs, and respond to surge/contingency taskings.

Lead systems engineering and architecture for DoD enterprise and tactical networks, manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage and data center systems, configure and troubleshoot network encryptors/COMSEC, plan modernization and deployments using DevOps/CI-CD, operate IPAM and monitoring toolsets, and support surge/rapid-response operations across TS/SCI environments.
