Design, implement, document, and maintain secure IP networks and systems for DoD connectivity. Administer Windows/Linux hosts, apply DISA STIGs and RMF controls, configure network devices at CCNP level, support transmission and satellite communications, resolve incidents within SLAs, and respond to surge/contingency taskings.

Lead systems engineering and architecture for DoD enterprise and tactical networks, manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage and data center systems, configure and troubleshoot network encryptors/COMSEC, plan modernization and deployments using DevOps/CI-CD, operate IPAM and monitoring toolsets, and support surge/rapid-response operations across TS/SCI environments.

Provide Tier I help desk support: field trouble calls and manage ticketing, perform laptop imaging, basic TCP/IP troubleshooting, create and manage domain user accounts and permissions, add/remove computers from Microsoft domain, build and troubleshoot Exchange mailboxes, troubleshoot and map printers, and document all actions for reporting.

Provide Tier II help-desk and network support for DoD tactical SATCOM and LAN/WAN systems in Bahrain. Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco routing/switching, VPNs, QoS, multicast, and security; monitor with SolarWinds and track tickets in Remedy; perform Windows administration, imaging, hardware repair, and apply DISA/ITIL compliance and documentation standards. Support 24/7 shifts and extended hours while maintaining required certifications and security clearance.

Perform mechanical and electromechanical design, analysis, integration, and documentation for military, government, and commercial products. Create 3D models and drawings, support RCCA and failure analysis, conduct thermal/structural analyses, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support prototyping, testing, production transition, and maintain compliance with government/export controls.

Provide Tier I help desk support: field trouble calls, manage ticketing, image laptops, perform basic IP troubleshooting, administer Microsoft domain accounts and groups, create Exchange mailboxes, troubleshoot printers and email, and document actions for reporting.

Provide Tier II help desk and network support for tactical and strategic satellite communications systems. Maintain and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, Cisco routers/switches, security, Windows systems, Remedy ticketing, and network monitoring tools. Support DoD customers onsite in Bahrain, following DISA and ITIL best practices and reporting requirements.

Provide pre-sales engineering and opportunity analysis for SATCOM solutions: gather and shape customer requirements, define system and RF subsystem designs, optimize link and antenna performance, support proposal technical volumes, present technical risk/mitigation, and perform customer demonstrations.
