Perform mechanical and electromechanical design, analysis, integration, and documentation for military, government, and commercial products. Provide pre-sales engineering and opportunity analysis for SATCOM solutions: gather and shape customer requirements, define system and RF subsystem designs, optimize link and antenna performance, support proposal technical volumes, present technical risk/mitigation, and perform customer demonstrations.

Provide Tier II help desk and network support for tactical and strategic satellite communications systems. Maintain and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, Cisco routers/switches, security, Windows systems, Remedy ticketing, and network monitoring tools. Support DoD customers onsite in Bahrain, following DISA and ITIL best practices and reporting requirements.

Lead training delivery and technical documentation for deployable tactical communications. Develop and deliver hands-on training, author and maintain SOPs and technical manuals, support field exercises and deployments, track proficiency, and coordinate with engineers and logistics to keep documentation current.

Serve as the single point of contact for deployable tactical communications service desk; troubleshoot and resolve incidents for SATCOM terminals, tactical radios, networking, encryption, and unified communications. Manage trouble tickets, RMAs, spare parts, SAR/GAR processing via SIPR/NIPR, and maintain real-time COP. Ensure cybersecurity compliance, perform DoD scans, and support VTC, voice, and video systems.

Lead full-stack development of the MaxView network management system using Java/C++/Angular and scripting; design, code, integrate, test, debug, and document complex software; mentor engineers; support CI/CD/DevOps and secure SDLC; integrate device, network, and database interfaces.

Provide Tier II help-desk and network support for DoD tactical SATCOM and LAN/WAN systems in Bahrain. Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco routing/switching, VPNs, QoS, multicast, and security; monitor with SolarWinds and track tickets in Remedy; perform Windows administration, imaging, hardware repair, and apply DISA/ITIL compliance and documentation standards. Support 24/7 shifts and extended hours while maintaining required certifications and security clearance.

Support creation and maintenance of system interconnects, cable and wiring drawings, power budgets, parts/BOM entries, and controlled engineering documentation while collaborating with electrical, mechanical, systems, manufacturing, and configuration personnel.
