Investigate logs and data to identify root causes, resolve issues, communicate solutions, collaborate with Product and Engineering on defects, maintain support documentation, and participate in an on-call rotation with occasional weekend coverage.

Own adoption, renewals, expansion, and customer satisfaction for North American private-sector accounts using Dataminr’s Cyber Defence offering. Develop account strategies, identify growth opportunities, build executive relationships with security leaders, deliver demonstrations and business reviews, and advise customers on platform adoption. Use metrics to manage retention risks and translate feedback into product recommendations while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering and mentoring Customer Success Associates.

Deploy, build, and operationalize Dataminr First Alert inside customer environments (mainly defense/national security). Design Foundry data pipelines, ontologies, and operator-facing applications; integrate real-time intelligence with customer data; debug full-stack issues in restricted/on-prem environments; act as trusted technical advisor; travel frequently to customer sites and own solutions end-to-end.

Design, build, deploy, and operationalize Palantir Foundry solutions for defense and security customers. Develop data pipelines, ontology models, operator applications, integrations, and custom widgets using real-time intelligence. Debug infrastructure, networking, and application layers across cloud, hybrid, restricted, disconnected, and on-premises environments. Partner with customer stakeholders, advise technical teams, and own solutions end to end. Travel to secure customer sites and operations centers approximately 25–75% of the time.

Lead the vision, roadmap, development, and delivery of cybersecurity threat intelligence products and the Global Intel Graph portfolio. Manage large-scale intelligence data, standardize cybersecurity entities, define integrations, and partner with engineering and domain experts. Validate SME data and AI-generated intelligence through labeling, accuracy checks, edge-case testing, and customer feedback. Lead cross-functional teams, communicate strategy to executives, and build scalable capabilities that improve threat detection and response.

Reviews customer contracts and deal documents for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance. Routes deals through CRM approval workflows, coordinates with finance, legal, and sales teams, monitors close turnaround times, escalates exceptions, supports period-end close, identifies process improvements, and maintains accurate deal records and reporting.

Lead public sector account growth across EMEA by meeting sales quotas, building pipeline, leveraging partners, cultivating senior client relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack AI-powered applications and microservices using Python, Java, React, FastAPI, and Flask. Build REST APIs, integrate LLM and RAG pipelines, develop NLP capabilities, manage relational and NoSQL databases, and deploy containerized services on AWS. Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready document processing, search, data visualization, and human-AI workflow tools.
