Serve as a Middle East and North Africa subject matter expert, monitoring real-time data feeds, analyzing geopolitical events, and improving AI models, tooling, and alert quality. The role involves making decisions with incomplete information, leading strategic initiatives, supporting regional training, and collaborating across teams. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with additional regional languages beneficial. Work is hybrid or remote in Australia, with core hours and rotational weekend commitments.

Drives new business, renewals, expansions, and multi-year contract awards with federal civilian agencies, primarily the VA and HHS. Builds consultative stakeholder relationships, translates mission needs into technology solutions, manages complex acquisition cycles and opportunity pipelines, forecasts accurately, and meets bookings and renewal targets. Partners with internal teams on customer onboarding, training, usage plans, and growth strategies. The role is based around Washington, DC, with approximately 25% domestic travel.

Reviews customer contracts and deal documents for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance. Routes deals through CRM approval workflows, coordinates with finance, legal, and sales teams, monitors close turnaround times, escalates exceptions, supports period-end close, identifies process improvements, and maintains accurate deal records and reporting.
