Design and implement customer security solutions using threat intelligence platforms, SIEM, EDR, SOAR, threat feeds, and STIX/TAXII integrations. Lead technical discovery, architecture reviews, workflow automation, user training, and platform adoption initiatives. Manage customer relationships, troubleshoot integrations, communicate with technical and executive stakeholders, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering. Identify adoption and renewal risks while owning projects from discovery through deployment.

Manage DoD customer relationships and drive adoption, retention, renewals, satisfaction, and account growth for Dataminr’s First Alert platform. Develop customer integration programs, conduct briefings, demonstrations, and training, provide platform expertise, gather product feedback, and use metrics to identify risks and opportunities. The role requires public-sector experience, knowledge of national security and real-time alerting, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Provide technical support to enterprise customers by configuring and troubleshooting SSO, authentication, platform access, alerts, APIs, integrations, and customer network environments. Investigate logs and data to identify root causes, resolve issues, communicate solutions, collaborate with Product and Engineering on defects, maintain support documentation, and participate in an on-call rotation with occasional weekend coverage.
