Teams at Dataleap

Build and deploy AI agents, integrations, MCP servers, and multi-step workflows for major DACH customers. Work onsite with customer teams and CTOs to identify use cases, ship production systems, teach users, and improve Dataleap’s core platform. The role combines full-stack engineering, customer implementation, technical consulting, debugging, and founding-engineer ownership. Candidates should be native German speakers based in Munich or willing to relocate, with experience building agentic systems and a strong ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.

Drive adoption of Dataleap among existing customers by identifying champions, building AI agents alongside teams, running workshops and enablement sessions, and ensuring customers achieve measurable value. Serve as a trusted customer partner, communicate feedback to product and engineering, and automate internal workflows using Dataleap. The role is based in Munich and requires native German and fluent English.

Lead Dataleap’s European rollout from Munich by identifying high-value AI use cases, building agents and workflows, training customer organizations, and driving enterprise-wide adoption. The role combines AI transformation consulting, executive stakeholder management, commercial expansion, customer advocacy, and team building. The strategist will also automate their own work with AI, influence product and engineering priorities, and eventually hire and lead the European deployment team.
