Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle, including outbound prospecting, inbound demos, deal closing, events, sales systems, pipeline reporting, and customer feedback. Build a repeatable sales process from scratch, use AI agents to automate work, and help establish and scale the future sales team. The role requires native German, Munich presence or relocation, strong enterprise selling, high ownership, and the ability to engage technical buyers.

Seeking proven former startup founders to help build an AI-powered platform for agentic enterprise workflows. Candidates may contribute across engineering, growth, product, or deployments, using founder experience, adaptability, judgment, and a track record of delivering results in rapidly changing environments.

Build and deploy AI agents, integrations, MCP servers, and multi-step workflows for major DACH customers. Work onsite with customer teams and CTOs to identify use cases, ship production systems, teach users, and improve Dataleap’s core platform. The role combines full-stack engineering, customer implementation, technical consulting, debugging, and founding-engineer ownership. Candidates should be native German speakers based in Munich or willing to relocate, with experience building agentic systems and a strong ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
