The Product Marketing Manager develops product positioning, messaging, website and sales enablement content, and manages product launches and go-to-market campaigns. They translate complex security and compliance regulations into practical customer communications, conduct competitive and customer research, create onboarding materials, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Professional Services to support growth, cross-selling, and product strategy.

Own expansion revenue across existing B2B SaaS customers by developing strategic account plans, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and leading negotiations through close. The role also builds Account Management processes, collaborates with Customer Success and Professional Services, and converts security, compliance, and regulatory needs into commercial growth. Fluency in German and English is required.

Advise an established SMB customer base on GDPR and privacy matters, translating complex requirements into practical guidance. Drive adoption and engagement with DataGuard’s AI-powered privacy platform, review AI-generated outputs, and support retention and long-term customer value. Collaborate with privacy, automation, and product teams to improve scalable consulting workflows. The role requires strong privacy expertise, customer advisory skills, German fluency, and professional English.
