Advise an established SMB customer base on GDPR and privacy matters, translating complex requirements into practical guidance. Drive adoption and engagement with DataGuard’s AI-powered privacy platform, review AI-generated outputs, and support retention and long-term customer value. Collaborate with privacy, automation, and product teams to improve scalable consulting workflows. The role requires strong privacy expertise, customer advisory skills, German fluency, and professional English.

The role involves leading customer onboarding, managing partnerships, understanding customer needs, developing account plans, and building strategic relationships.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, account-based engagement, and creative prospecting. Research target accounts, identify buying signals, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and coordinate handoffs with Account Executives. Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership to improve messaging, conversion, and the scalable sales development process.
