WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • You establish and maintain compelling value propositions with supporting materials like messaging frameworks, website content, demo materials, and thought leadership.

  • You manage product launches and up- and cross-sell campaigns, often built around regulatory milestones such as NIS2, the Cyber Resilience Act or the EU AI Act.

  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Professional Services) to ensure GTM campaigns are leveraging the latest product value propositions and messaging.

  • You translate complex regulation into clear, practical messages that show customers what it means for their business and how we help.

  • You collect and analyse customer insights and data while sharing them widely across the organisation to help improve our Product-, Partner- and Go-To-Market strategy.

  • You create onboarding and education materials, such as guides, product walkthroughs, that show how our platform and our experts work together, so customers know when the software guides them and when an expert steps in.

  • You conduct detailed competitive and market analyses for product segments, guiding the product roadmap and creating sales-focused battlecards.

  • You develop, maintain, and deliver sales enablement content and tools to empower the sales team.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.

  • A clear understanding of the sales funnel and customer journey, and of how positioning, messaging and enablement improve conversion and win rates.

  • Experience running product launches and go-to-market plans from start to finish, together with Product, Sales and other teams.

  • Strong writing and presentation skills. You can explain complex topics, such as new regulations, in simple, practical terms for decision-makers.

  • Experience with competitive intelligence and customer research, including interviews with customers and lost prospects.

  • Fluent German and English (C1 or higher), written and spoken.

  • Experience in security, privacy or compliance (for example ISO 27001, NIS2 or GDPR) is a plus.

  • Experience in enabling channel partners and expansion motions is a plus.

Skills Required
