Manage a portfolio of clients, owning relationships, renewals, upselling, and day-to-day service. Guide clients in using DataEQ’s platforms and data through dashboard builds, insight walkthroughs, training, and reporting. Coordinate with analytics, product, consulting, and finance teams; resolve queries, manage expectations, maintain forecasts and account documentation, and support proposals and payment follow-up. The role requires strong communication, analytical problem-solving, commercial awareness, organization, and client relationship skills.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for qualified opportunities, from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. Manage pipeline and forecasts, lead consultative discovery, present AI, data, analytics, and SaaS solutions, develop proposals and RFP responses, negotiate commercial terms, and achieve new-business revenue targets. Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Consulting, Marketing, and leadership teams to tailor solutions and support handover to delivery and account management.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients by driving renewals, upselling, client adoption, and data utilization. Responsibilities include handling client queries, consulting on insights, coordinating reports and dashboards, managing expectations, preparing proposals and forecasts, and overseeing Account Managers.
