As an Account Manager at DataDome, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success, driving renewals, and expanding revenue by selling additional products and services. This role requires at least 4 years of experience in business-oriented and client-facing positions, with a focus on B2B SaaS environments.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will help customers maximize the benefits of our solution, address technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance our products. You should have experience in B2B/SaaS solutions or cybersecurity products, as well as knowledge of various technologies like Apache, Nginx, Varnish, F5, IIS, and Lambda@edge. Strong understanding of HTTP protocol and website architectures is also required.
