The Renewal Manager is responsible for managing customer renewals, fostering relationships and communication with customers and internal teams, and driving account growth through effective negotiation and strategic planning.

Manage assigned ERP customers in Chemical and Food & Beverage verticals to grow recurring revenue by driving adoption, retention, upsell/cross-sell, renewal readiness, and serving as trusted advisor and escalation point.

Provide technical leadership across the simulation platform: define architecture, drive feature delivery, debug complex multi-module issues, conduct code reviews, collaborate on QA/CI/CD, and mentor engineers to modernize and maintain the legacy Windows desktop codebase.

Lead QA activities within a cross-functional team to create and execute manual and automated tests (UI, API, E2E, smoke), validate data with SQL Server, document defects, collaborate on remediation, ensure security and regulatory-quality standards, and use modern tools (including AI) to deliver error-free releases.

Serve as TIC industry SME and lead full-cycle LIMS/QC implementations: run discovery, map workflows, validate instruments and calculations, configure LIMS, train users, drive adoption, and feed product roadmap while mentoring junior staff.

Design, implement, and ship end-to-end features across backend services and a React web client for a multi-tenant ERP. Own schema design, migrations respecting row-level security, integrations with platform services, and deliver high-quality, performant code with CI/CD, tests, and code review. Leverage AI coding assistants responsibly and collaborate cross-functionally to evolve shared platform libraries and developer tooling.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests and frameworks. Identify, document, and track bugs and feature requests. Run test suites, compile results, analyze failures, and develop tools to import, process, visualize, and analyze process data to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Lead ERP implementations by configuring, testing, training, troubleshooting, and supporting customers through go-live. Work with Delivery Managers to execute project plans, optimize processes, deliver training and documentation, and provide post-go-live hypercare while managing multiple customer engagements.
