Build and lead Datacor’s global partnerships function across reseller, referral, technical, services, and strategic OEM motions. Develop partner strategy, segmentation, tiering, agreements, incentives, enablement, governance, and Salesforce-based portal operations. Recruit and close strategic partners, drive partner-sourced revenue, establish forecasting and performance processes, and align Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and business-unit leadership. The role requires influencing regional partner managers without direct authority and may eventually build a dedicated team.

Provide technical leadership across the simulation platform: define architecture, drive feature delivery, debug complex multi-module issues, conduct code reviews, collaborate on QA/CI/CD, and mentor engineers to modernize and maintain the legacy Windows desktop codebase.

Oversee accounting and statutory compliance for foreign entities, including US GAAP conformity, consolidations, currency translations, intercompany transactions, payroll, tax notices, accounts payable, reconciliations, commissions, and month-end close. Support acquisitions, audits, contract data troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements while partnering with Finance Operations.
