Act as liaison between users, stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements, analyse processes, produce functional specifications and user stories, support testing, reporting and training, and drive continuous improvement across delivery and analytics practices.

Lead end-to-end integration delivery using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Design, develop, test and deploy API-led and event-driven solutions, collaborate with solution architects, drive technical/commercial discussions, mentor team members, and maintain CI/CD and cloud-based integration practices.

Lead a development team to design, build, and deploy scalable web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Express, modern frontend frameworks, and AWS. Provide technical direction, architecture decisions, code reviews, CI/CD improvements, API design, mentorship, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
