Senior Microsoft 365 Specialist provides technical escalation and delivery for Modern Workplace services. Lead identity and collaboration enablement across Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive), implement and support Azure AD identity/authentication, email security, and conferencing integrations, and drive adoption and continuous improvement across clients within the Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence.

Design, maintain and standardize modern SOE architectures for multiple customers; deliver cloud-first productivity solutions; provide 3rd-level escalation support; manage customer SOEs and supporting infrastructure; contribute to project delivery and reporting; develop processes, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring health and safety compliance.

As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will design and implement technical solutions for clients, focusing on virtualization and hybrid cloud services, while supporting sales teams nationally.
