Provide L2/L3 support and after-hours rostered support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking and security tools; advise clients, design and implement solutions, maintain infrastructure and documentation, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead development of robust, tested backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Design and automate cloud-native solutions on AWS, collaborate with clients, mentor the team, and ensure timely delivery using DevOps, CI/CD, containers, and Agile practices.
