Lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions across procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, planning, distribution, costing, and traceability. Facilitate workshops, configure solutions, manage requirements and integrations, support migration and testing, resolve defects, deliver training, and oversee cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Build stakeholder relationships and collaborate with architects, technical teams, and distributed delivery teams across Australia and New Zealand.

Designs and governs complex enterprise LAN and WAN architectures across multi-site environments. The role develops scalable, resilient network designs; advises stakeholders; evaluates emerging technologies and vendors; reviews infrastructure designs; and provides technical leadership across hybrid cloud, network security, SD-WAN, and enterprise networking initiatives.

Lead consultancy and delivery of end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) including design, migrations, governance, automation, and customer capability building. Provide technical leadership, run workshops and presentations, produce solution documentation, support presales estimates, and follow ITIL best practices to ensure compliance and information management.
