Build trusted customer, technology partner, and vendor relationships; understand customer priorities; guide technology solution opportunities from initial engagement through closure; and drive revenue growth and profitable market expansion. The role also involves responding to quotes and customer requests, communicating technical information, negotiating, and tracking opportunities through the sales cycle in a CRM.

Leads end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, eliciting requirements, designing solutions, training end users, advising stakeholders, supporting presales, and guiding project teams. The consultant serves as the bridge between business users and technical developers while delivering high-quality solutions on schedule. Strong D365 F&O module expertise, customer relationship management, presentation, communication, and mentoring skills are essential.

Deliver technical escalation and enablement for Microsoft 365 workplace services. Support identity management, collaboration, communications, security, and access-management workloads across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, and related technologies. Guide customers on adoption and continuous improvement while providing hands-on engineering expertise within Datacom’s Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence. Australian citizenship is required for eligibility for Baseline or NV1 clearance.
