Drive new account acquisition and full-cycle sales within the Midwest territory. Qualify leads, forecast and achieve quotas, collaborate with sales/marketing, maintain product knowledge, and travel ~60-70% to build customer relationships and close deals.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and database systems using Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB). Support data workflows for products and AI initiatives, ensure data quality, performance, security, and collaborate with engineering and product teams.

Create persona-based content and GTM assets (spec sheets, emails, pages, presentations, playbooks); run demand generation and ABM support; partner with sales, product, and analytics to measure and optimize performance; manage projects to meet launch deadlines.

Process and record EMEA sales orders in CRM, coordinate with Sales/Support/Finance, update backlog schedules, arrange shipping and import customs clearance, and maintain accurate account information to support customer satisfaction.

Combine finance project coordination (ERP, e-invoicing, AP/AR harmonisation, post-acquisition integrations) with hands-on accounting across European entities. Drive process standardisation and automation, support month-end and statutory reporting (Swiss GAAP FER, VAT, corporate tax), manage documentation and stakeholder alignment, and act as back-up for Group Controlling & Reporting.

Design, implement, test, and maintain C#/.NET desktop applications and instrument APIs (C++). Develop and preserve user-friendly WinForms GUIs, create installers, automate testing, collaborate with support and clients, estimate tasks, and ensure high-quality releases.
