Lead end-to-end design delivery for data center campuses, acting as technical authority across CSA, MEP, controls, networks and power substations. Ensure designs meet client requirements, permits, Max IT capacity, SLAs and efficiency targets (PUE/WUE). Define equipment specs, support vendor selection, optimize cost and modular/prefabricated approaches, enable constructability and commissioning readiness while managing stakeholders and schedule.

Lead Data4's global design management function for data center campuses, owning end-to-end design delivery, technical authority across disciplines, vendor selection, permitting, constructability, commissioning readiness, and people/process standardization to meet performance, cost, schedule and sustainability targets.

Manages capital expenditure budgets for data center projects, tracking costs, analyzing variances, forecasting expenditures, evaluating change orders, and preparing financial reports. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams to maintain cost control, ensure compliance, resolve discrepancies, and support end-to-end CAPEX management from budgeting through payment.

Oversee the group’s statutory consolidation process, including collecting entity data, processing consolidation entries, and preparing quarterly and annual consolidated accounts under IFRS. Analyze variances, support audits, coordinate with finance stakeholders and shareholders, monitor regulatory changes, and improve consolidation processes. The role will also help internalize outsourced consolidation activities and support broader group finance projects.

Lead national data center infrastructure operations across multiple campuses, ensuring safety, reliability, compliance and operational excellence. Manage Facility and Critical Environment Manager leads, drive budgets (COGS/CAPEX), KPI reporting, continuous improvement, audits (ISO/PCI/ENS), incident management, talent development, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to support colocation and hyperscale customers.

Owns energy regulatory monitoring, compliance implementation, external energy disclosures, and group-wide energy rebilling governance across European data centers. Coordinates local operations, Finance, Legal, Sustainability, IT, and Compliance teams without direct authority. Supports ISO 50001 audits, corrective actions, energy efficiency projects, and national certificate schemes. Ensures regulatory traceability, data quality, process harmonization, and identification of financial opportunities from eligible efficiency initiatives.

Manage energy supply contracts and hedging strategy for Data4 across Europe, run RFI/RFPs and PPAs, monitor markets, oversee balancing and complementary services, liaise with country teams and support sales/communications as needed.

Lead and structure Luxembourg corporate accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely local GAAP and IFRS closings, tax compliance, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, financial control, SOX implementation, auditor management, and team leadership. Produce performance analyses and automate reporting while coordinating with Tax, Treasury and Group departments on financing and M&A activities.

Lead onboarding, act as primary client contact for operations, ensure service continuity, drive customer satisfaction and retention, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate internal teams, manage processes and certification compliance, and support audits and incident communications.

Provide technical pre-sales support for data center colocation solutions: capture requirements, design deliverable power/cooling/space solutions (including liquid cooling for AI/HPC), build RFI/RFP responses and cost models, lead customer engagements and site tours, negotiate technical contract clauses, support post-sale adoption, and contribute to sales enablement and service catalog development.

Source, engage and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for technical and operational roles across DATA4. Manage ATS and recruitment metrics, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, collaborate with hiring managers, promote employer brand, and ensure compliance with company and local employment laws. Hybrid role based in Paris or Marcoussis with strong focus on sourcing engineering/facilities talent and bilingual (English/French) communication.
