Lead and structure Luxembourg corporate accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely local GAAP and IFRS closings, tax compliance, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, financial control, SOX implementation, auditor management, and team leadership. Produce performance analyses and automate reporting while coordinating with Tax, Treasury and Group departments on financing and M&A activities.

Serve as primary client contact post-contract to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Lead onboarding, manage requests/tickets, coordinate internal teams, run steering committees, monitor KPIs, identify upsell opportunities, and own process documentation and continuous improvement while enforcing IMS certification policies (H&S, Environment, InfoSec, Energy).

Provide technical pre-sales support for data center colocation deals: capture requirements, design deliverable infrastructure (power, cooling, space), respond to RFIs/RFPs, build cost models, lead customer technical engagements, support proposals, and ensure solutions align with design and supportability standards.

Lead accounting and financial control for DATA4's Greek entities: ensure accurate bookkeeping, invoicing, cash collection, and GAAP/IFRS-compliant monthly, quarterly and annual closings; manage audits and tax declarations; oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and performance reporting; automate dashboards and support commercial analyses; manage a small finance team and enforce corporate policies (H&S, Environment, InfoSec, Energy).

Support the Investment team by underwriting opportunities, performing financial analysis and valuations, driving due diligence, maintaining business plan models, preparing board and marketing materials, and assisting with financings, acquisitions and strategic planning.

Lead redesign and operational rollout of a Group Center of Finance and Accounting Excellence: implement Fast Close, standardize group accounting and consolidation, deploy core models and finance tools (ERP, RPA, AI), oversee audits and UAT, train subsidiaries, monitor closing KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across multi-entity international operations.
