Review intragroup loan contracts, support tax audits, advise on strategic transactions, and improve transfer pricing processes. Collaborate with tax, legal, controlling, and European subsidiary teams while ensuring alignment with local laws, European requirements, and OECD guidelines.

Oversee the group’s statutory consolidation process, including collecting entity data, processing consolidation entries, and preparing quarterly and annual consolidated accounts under IFRS. Lead and structure Luxembourg corporate accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely local GAAP and IFRS closings, tax compliance, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, financial control, SOX implementation, auditor management, and team leadership.
