Leads electrical design and construction for data center projects, including conceptual and detailed systems, power distribution, equipment specification, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Owns the electrical baseline product, provides technical leadership, coordinates with contractors and internal teams, analyzes failures and performance data, and ensures reliable, efficient, sustainable infrastructure delivery.

Leads DATA4’s product and engineering function for European data center campuses. Owns design standards, technical governance, conceptual and detailed design reviews, multidisciplinary coordination, consultant management, construction support, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Develops scalable data center products while ensuring resilience, safety, sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Represents engineering in stakeholder, customer, regulatory, and project meetings, and leads subject matter experts, budgets, innovation, and lessons-learned processes.

Owns end-to-end design delivery for data center campuses and infrastructure, from masterplanning through detailed design. Acts as technical authority across CSA, MEP, controls, networks, and power substations; leads permitting, vendor validation, constructability, commissioning readiness, client engagement, and technical decision-making. Optimizes designs for capacity, performance, cost, schedule, supply chain availability, and SLA requirements while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
