Manage accounting for Polish entities: process invoices, bank postings, AP/AR, client billing, payments and tax declarations (VAT, CIT, WHT). Maintain records, liaise with external accountants, auditors and tax advisors, support consolidation and statutory statements, implement SOX controls, and help deploy finance IT tools and process improvements.

Manage and control capital expenditure financials across group projects: verify PO processes, reconcile capex accounting, produce monthly and quarterly capex reporting, support forecasts and business planning, and partner with Construction, Operations, and Consolidation teams to enforce standards and SOX controls.

Provide technical presales support for data center colocation solutions: capture customer requirements, design deliverable solutions (power, cooling, space), build CAPEX cost models, respond to RFIs/RFPs, produce technical proposals, lead customer workshops/site tours, negotiate technical contract clauses, and support service catalog development and post-sales technical follow-up.
