Teams at DATA4

Manage energy supply contracts and hedging strategy for Data4 across Europe, run RFI/RFPs and PPAs, monitor markets, oversee balancing and complementary services, liaise with country teams and support sales/communications as needed.

Support day-to-day office operations at the Warsaw site: maintain office systems, supervise staff, organize meetings and bookings, manage correspondence and filing, handle payments and budgets, procure equipment, define record procedures, and assist the Country Director.

Lead Data4's global design management function for data center campuses, owning end-to-end design delivery, technical authority across disciplines, vendor selection, permitting, constructability, commissioning readiness, and people/process standardization to meet performance, cost, schedule and sustainability targets.
