The CAPEX Financial Controller manages budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, monthly close activities, accruals, and capital expenditure tracking across data center sites. The role prepares management reports and dashboards, monitors budget variances, supports internal controls and SOX compliance, and improves financial processes and reporting automation while partnering with operations, procurement, sales, and construction teams.

Drive strategic sales initiatives and manage relationships with hyperscale cloud, digital content, and neocloud customers across Europe. Responsibilities include account acquisition and growth, pipeline development, contract negotiation support, RFP/RFI coordination, proposal structuring, capacity planning, industry analysis, account reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Security, IT, EHS, Operations, and Delivery teams.

Owns and continuously improves the global technical training and onboarding process. Responsibilities include training policy and framework development, program scheduling, completion tracking, escalation management, LMS configuration, KPI and dashboard reporting, stakeholder communication, HR coordination, budget management, and continuous improvement. The role manages cross-functional and international processes while ensuring compliance, competency alignment, and effective onboarding across the organization.
