Own and resolve the most complex support escalations end-to-end, perform root cause analysis across a Graph RAG platform, debug from UI to cloud infra, lead incident bridges, produce engineered fixes, create advanced troubleshooting playbooks, and drive cross-functional reliability and compliance improvements.

Build and maintain a component-driven React+TypeScript SPA for data-dense, graph-based analytics. Implement interactive dashboards, streaming real-time flows, REST/OIDC integrations, ensure performance and accessibility, write tests, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.

Design and run automated backend tests validating API contracts, cross-service data integrity, and graph query correctness. Build integration, workflow, and selective end-to-end tests in containerized environments, integrate suites into CI/CD, run basic load checks, and use observability tools to debug distributed services and graph databases.

Design, build, and validate backend systems for graph execution and semantic reasoning. Ensure correctness across ingestion, graph traversal, distributed workflows, and query execution. Implement validation, regression coverage, load and stress tests, and scalability improvements in containerized Kubernetes environments while collaborating with platform and graph engineering teams.
