Own the platform engineering foundation for AWS, on-premises, disconnected, air-gapped, and federal environments. Build reusable IaC modules, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployment patterns, release and artifact workflows, offline delivery packages, secrets and configuration systems, observability, backup and recovery automation, and DevSecOps controls. Establish platform standards, improve developer self-service, support reliability and security requirements, and partner with Engineering, QA, and Operations across global and federal delivery tracks.

Supports CI/CD pipeline development, build and container automation, artifact management, Kubernetes and AWS deployments, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps integrations. Troubleshoots pipeline and deployment issues, maintains reproducible and offline installation workflows for cloud, on-premises, disconnected, and air-gapped environments, and supports quality gates, security scanning, release traceability, monitoring, documentation, and continuous delivery improvements.
