Lead day-to-day delivery of a multi-workstream enterprise software implementation. Manage onshore/offshore teams, sprint cadence, risk and issue logs, governance, reporting, onboarding, and coordination with technology implementation teams to ensure timely, governed delivery and readiness for cutover.

Lead .NET Core microservices architecture and backend quality, direct an offshore backend pod, design Azure SQL cache and REST APIs, implement Service Bus integrations, own CI/CD security gating, run demos, triage defects, and conduct client handoffs.
