Lead end-to-end QA strategy for an enterprise data/AI platform: manage SIT/UAT, defect triage, offshore QA team, test evidence, data reconciliation, and go/no-go readiness for production cutover.

Lead React frontend architecture and a pod of offshore engineers. Own shared component library, implement accessible React UIs from Figma, integrate with .NET REST APIs via Azure APIM, implement RBAC/SSO (Azure Entra ID), ensure CI/CD and Veracode SAST/SCA compliance, run sprint demos, and resolve defects through SIT/UAT and hypercare.

Build and maintain Azure-based reporting semantic layers and dashboards, translate report specs into production-ready SQL views and aggregates, validate outputs against ERP source data, coordinate with offshore BI engineers, support UAT and post-launch hypercare, and work within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to deploy reporting artifacts.
