Lead DASI's global trade compliance program, ensuring adherence to export/import regulations (EAR, OFAC, BIS, ITAR). Develop policies, manage classification and customs documentation, oversee brokers, conduct audits, advise executives on risk mitigation, optimize duties, and deliver compliance training across global operations.

Manage and supervise a systems support team to ensure smooth IT operations, set performance goals, implement support policies, coordinate maintenance/upgrades, handle customer feedback, troubleshoot system performance, manage budget/resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet IT support needs.

Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts through calls, emails, quotes, order processing, and follow-ups. Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information while coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Asset Management teams across global locations. Meet individual sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, process web shop inquiries, and participate in process improvement activities.

Supervise daily inside sales operations, coach and motivate the team to increase sales and conversion rates, handle calls/emails/quotes, ensure policy compliance, facilitate training, collaborate with global teams, participate in process improvements, and meet individual sales targets.

Leads global logistics and inventory uplift execution, including pre-inspection, vendor pickup and packing, transportation, quality decisions, trade compliance, customs, reporting, and cost reduction. Partners with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve delivery reliability, manage regulatory risk, and support global logistics strategy. The role requires frequent international travel, strong vendor negotiation, aviation or regulated-industry knowledge, and decisive field-based inventory assessments.

Lead global HR for DASI, managing a six-person team across recruiting, benefits, payroll, HRIS, employee relations, talent management and facilities. Develop and execute HR strategies, talent pipelines, succession planning, compensation, compliance, engagement, leadership development, and facility/health & safety oversight while balancing strategic vision with hands-on HR operations.
