Supports web purchasing customers through phone, email, and outbound calls, answers order inquiries, resolves customer concerns, registers online buyers, conducts customer care surveys, and handles special order requests. Generate, qualify, and close sales opportunities across the EMEA aviation market. Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and social selling; understand customer needs; present aircraft parts, MRO, and aftermarket solutions; manage CRM pipelines; forecast revenue; and achieve sales targets. Build customer and partner relationships, collaborate with marketing and product teams, monitor aviation market trends, and travel occasionally for meetings and industry events.

Performs daily pricing and market research for expendable aircraft inventory, responds to Sales and Purchasing pricing requests, gathers competitor quotations, facilitates pricing adjustments, meets production targets, and escalates complex analyses. The role also supports inventory revenue optimization, process improvements, and quality-system initiatives while completing onboarding and mentorship.

Develop customer and prospect relationships, generate sales, manage calls and emails, provide product and pricing information, follow up on quotes, process orders and expedite requests, and meet individual sales targets. The role collaborates with Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Asset Management teams across global locations while supporting customer satisfaction and process improvements.

Manages day-to-day aircraft inventory program operations, including purchase orders, order expedites, customer delivery coordination, escalations, reporting, KPI reviews, risk management, growth opportunities, and process improvements. Serves as the primary contact for account management matters and coordinates with partners to ensure accurate, timely parts delivery.

Leads global logistics and inventory uplift execution, including pre-inspection, vendor pickup and packing, transportation, quality decisions, trade compliance, customs, reporting, and cost reduction. Partners with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve delivery reliability, manage regulatory risk, and support global logistics strategy. The role requires frequent international travel, strong vendor negotiation, aviation or regulated-industry knowledge, and decisive field-based inventory assessments.

Lead global HR for DASI, managing a six-person team across recruiting, benefits, payroll, HRIS, employee relations, talent management and facilities. Develop and execute HR strategies, talent pipelines, succession planning, compensation, compliance, engagement, leadership development, and facility/health & safety oversight while balancing strategic vision with hands-on HR operations.
