Expedites aircraft parts and customer orders through picking, inspection, quality, and shipping workflows. Coordinates invoice changes, priorities, shipping instructions, holds, discrepancies, and urgent requests across Sales, Pre-Ship, and production teams. Tracks processing performance, identifies root causes, supports corrective actions, and ensures accurate, timely order fulfillment and customer service.

Leads global HR strategy and operations across recruiting, benefits, payroll, HRIS, employee relations, talent management, compliance, facilities, and leadership development. Drives engagement, retention, succession planning, workforce growth, equitable rewards, employee experience, and organizational culture across multi-state and multinational operations. Partners with executives and operations leaders while overseeing a six-person HR team and ensuring compliance with employment laws and workplace health and safety requirements.

Lead DASI’s global trade compliance program across import and export operations. Oversee export controls, sanctions, classification, customs valuation, country-of-origin determinations, broker relationships, audits, licensing, screening, duty relief, regulatory monitoring, and compliance training. Advise executive leadership on regulatory risks, mitigation strategies, and duty optimization while supporting high-volume international aviation shipments.

Processes purchase orders, exchange orders, customer account updates, shipping labels, and billing invoices. Supports web purchasing customers through phone, email, and outbound calls, answers order inquiries, resolves customer concerns, registers online buyers, conducts customer care surveys, and handles special order requests. Maintains customer relationships while collaborating across teams and meeting deadlines.

Performs daily pricing and market research for expendable aircraft inventory, responds to Sales and Purchasing pricing requests, gathers competitor quotations, facilitates pricing adjustments, meets production targets, and escalates complex analyses. The role also supports inventory revenue optimization, process improvements, and quality-system initiatives while completing onboarding and mentorship.

Develop customer and prospect relationships, generate sales, manage calls and emails, provide product and pricing information, follow up on quotes, process orders and expedite requests, and meet individual sales targets. The role collaborates with Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Asset Management teams across global locations while supporting customer satisfaction and process improvements.
