Manage day-to-day operations of assigned aircraft parts programs, issue and manage purchase orders, expedite orders, serve as lead account contact, produce operational reporting and metrics, identify growth opportunities, support risk management, and drive process improvements.

Manage and lead a systems support/helpdesk team for DASI's IT systems and networks. Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, SLAs, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance metrics, budgets, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely, effective technical support and system uptime.

Provide first-level help desk support for onsite and remote users, troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and mobile devices; document and update ticket status; communicate with stakeholders; learn support processes; stay current on IT trends and cybersecurity threats; collaborate and perform other assigned duties.

Supervise daily inside sales operations, coach and motivate the team to increase sales and conversion rates, handle escalations, train on systems, manage quotes and follow-ups, collaborate with global counterparts, and meet individual sales targets.

Support documentation and analysis of business requirements for IT, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce. Assist process mapping, requirements gathering, testing, training materials, basic data analysis, and project delivery under senior guidance.

Lead analytics strategy and a BI team to deliver dashboards, reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights across Salesforce, SQL systems, and BI platforms to improve inventory, operations, and commercial performance.

Lead global HR for DASI, overseeing recruiting, benefits, payroll, HRIS, employee relations, talent management, and facilities. Develop HR strategy, succession planning, engagement, compensation, compliance, and training. Manage a team to deliver scalable HR operations across multi-state and multi-country locations and drive culture and performance.
