Teams at DASI

Lead and enhance DASI's global trade compliance program ensuring adherence to export/import laws (EAR, OFAC, BIS, ITAR). Oversee classification, licensing, screening, customs documentation, duty mitigation, audits, training, and manage brokers while advising executive leadership.

Process and enter purchase orders, set up new products in the database, assist customers with inquiries and exchanges, generate shipping labels and invoices, support web buyers via calls and registration, perform customer care surveys, and handle special requests.

Provide first-level onsite and remote IT support for Microsoft OS, hardware, networking and mobile devices. Troubleshoot using OSI-layer methodology, document tickets, communicate status to stakeholders, learn support processes, and maintain cybersecurity awareness.
