Develop customer and prospect relationships, generate sales, manage calls and emails, provide product and pricing information, follow up on quotes, process orders and expedite requests, and meet individual sales targets. The role collaborates with Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Asset Management teams across global locations while supporting customer satisfaction and process improvements.

Manages day-to-day aircraft inventory program operations, including purchase orders, order expedites, customer delivery coordination, escalations, reporting, KPI reviews, risk management, growth opportunities, and process improvements. Serves as the primary contact for account management matters and coordinates with partners to ensure accurate, timely parts delivery.

Supervise and support the Inside Sales team by providing leadership, coaching, training, and escalation support. Drive sales growth, improve conversion rates, maintain customer relationships, provide product and pricing information, follow up on quotes, achieve sales targets, and support process improvements. The role collaborates with global teams across Miami, the UK, and Singapore while managing calls, emails, and data entry.
