Supports daily HR operations with a primary focus on recruiting, cold sourcing, interviewing, candidate relationship management, onboarding, training compliance, background checks, employee eligibility verification, and HR program administration. Assists with PEO administration, employee recognition, policy enforcement, inquiries, and progressive discipline while maintaining confidentiality and current knowledge of HR and talent-management practices.

Lead and build marketing operations across multiple hospitality brands: set brand strategy, manage an in-house team and agencies, run CRM and digital marketing (SEO/SEM, paid media, email, social), create integrated B2B/B2C campaigns, own budget, drive influencer and partnership marketing, and implement analytics and attribution for performance reporting.

Manage content creation, scheduling, and community engagement across multiple hospitality brands on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Build and present content calendars, produce photo/video/short-form/written assets, monitor performance, report results, and coordinate with leadership and operations to align content with events and business priorities.

Lead new account openings from signed deal to operational handoff. Own opening plans, timelines, cross-functional coordination, on-site launch/stabilization, playbook creation, and continuous improvement using Asana and AI tools.
