Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and online; assist clients with loan process steps (AUS, ordering services, loan status, outstanding conditions); maintain underwriting, program guideline and regulatory knowledge; complete service orders; escalate issues; review customer communications; support training and cross-department collaboration; maintain strong broker and internal relationships.

Provides administrative support through calendar, email, voicemail, meeting, event, document, and office management. Tracks corporate credit card expenses, manages social media, coordinates marketing events, prepares reports and meeting minutes, and serves as a liaison with clients and internal departments. Requires prior administrative and customer service experience, strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, confidentiality, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Mortgage or banking experience is preferred.

Lead administration and development of mortgage technology platforms (Encompass, Blend). Design Encompass solutions, build Encompass Web input forms with JavaScript, implement integrations and automation, manage releases, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with business and vendors to improve processes and compliance.

Investigate and escalate AML/CFT alerts and cases, review customer KYC and transactions, determine SAR vs Non‑SAR filings, complete SAR documentation, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain compliance with BSA/AML and related regulations while staying current on emerging risks and novel banking services.

Solicit and develop new wholesale mortgage broker business across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Maintain and grow broker relationships, manage pipeline and CRM, present products and technology, advise on underwriting and compliance, coordinate with operations, and meet production and market-share goals.

Provide broker support for wholesale mortgage originations in the New Jersey market: manage broker onboarding, pipeline and rate-lock activity, deliver customer training on DartEdge, assist with loan submission and post-origination follow-up, escalate issues, and support Sales to grow B2B relationships and improve processes.

Sell and manage wholesale mortgage relationships in the Pennsylvania market by sourcing new broker partners, maintaining producer relationships, driving production, delivering presentations, using CRM, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and regulations.

Solicit and develop new wholesale mortgage broker relationships in the Georgia market, manage existing accounts, produce market and production forecasts, present products and technology, maintain underwriting and compliance expertise, use CRM to track pipeline, and collaborate with operations to ensure efficient loan processing and excellent broker service.

Support design and execution of post-implementation oversight for banking partners (digital assets, BaaS, payments). Monitor partner data and KPIs daily, perform weekly reconciliations and reporting, conduct monthly audits, design tailored controls, escalate gaps, coordinate cross-functionally, and maintain audit-ready documentation to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
