Administers and improves Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server, VMware, storage, backup, and disaster recovery infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing and deploying cloud and hybrid solutions, troubleshooting complex incidents, automating administration with PowerShell, managing security and access controls, supporting upgrades and migrations, performing recovery testing, and maintaining technical documentation. The role collaborates with security, network, application, data, and vendor teams in a regulated banking environment.

Investigate and escalate AML/CFT alerts and cases, review customer KYC and transactions, determine SAR vs Non‑SAR filings, complete SAR documentation, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain compliance with BSA/AML and related regulations while staying current on emerging risks and novel banking services.

Installs, configures, supports, upgrades, and troubleshoots core banking applications and integrations. Manages application releases, patches, enhancements, migrations, vendor relationships, security administration, and business-user training. Leads application-related projects, resolves issues, maintains documentation and training materials, and develops Cognos BI reports and schedules. Requires strong banking-process knowledge, application support experience, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate internal teams and vendors.
