Support design and execution of post-implementation oversight for banking partners (digital assets, BaaS, payments). Monitor partner data and KPIs daily, perform weekly reconciliations and reporting, conduct monthly audits, design tailored controls, escalate gaps, coordinate cross-functionally, and maintain audit-ready documentation to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.

Solicits new wholesale lending business, develops broker pipelines, manages existing broker relationships, presents lending products and technology, monitors production metrics, provides broker guidance, and coordinates with operations teams. The role requires mortgage process and program expertise, CRM usage, market intelligence, regulatory compliance, and strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills while supporting the Georgia market.

Manages daily branch office operations, supervises and develops Personal and Universal Bankers, monitors sales performance, handles customer relationships and complaints, processes accounts and lending requests, oversees security and audits, supports cash vault activities, assists with facility management, and ensures compliance with banking laws and regulations. Participates in community events and is accountable for achieving monthly sales goals and maintaining effective office workflow.
