Serve as the primary front-desk contact for a multispecialty practice: manage multi-line phone systems, coordinate with hospitals, perform patient intake, insurance verification, and collect co-pays. Provide clinical back-office support including phlebotomy, EKG administration, taking vitals, rooming patients, maintaining exam room cleanliness and supply inventory. Prioritize urgent patient needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support patient navigation for ages 6+ in a fast-paced environment.
