Leads manufacturing industrialization projects from design release through product launch. Coordinates Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing while managing schedules, risks, readiness reviews, ERP manufacturing data, tooling, materials, documentation, training, capacity, and production requirements. Drives cross-functional actions, resolves launch barriers, reports status and recovery plans, and improves industrialization processes and standards. Own and develop the Magento ecommerce platform, including storefront code, administration, infrastructure, integrations, analytics, performance, security, and reliability. Manage AWS and Linux environments, deployments, monitoring, APIs, checkout configuration, and compliance functionality for firearms commerce. Direct an external Magento agency, review technical solutions and code, oversee releases, and maintain documentation and incident procedures. The role also supports experimentation, ecommerce tracking, Core Web Vitals, and platform integrations with business systems.

Operates and troubleshoots CNC machinery in a manufacturing cell, performs tool offsets and setups, clears machine alarms, inspects parts with precision instruments, and supports production flow. The role requires blueprint reading, GD&T, G- and M-code knowledge, metalworking expertise, adherence to safety and quality procedures, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Leads the strategy, governance, and maturation of the Quality Management System across manufacturing, shipping, receiving, and new product development. Oversees process capability, risk management, audits, corrective actions, product release authority, regulatory compliance, and quality readiness for launches. Develops quality leaders and embeds prevention-based practices, Lean Six Sigma, statistical controls, and continuous improvement across operations.

Performs firearms assembly and supports manufacturing technologies, including laser machines, presses, conveyors, MES, and OCR systems. Conducts equipment setup, maintenance, testing, tooling calibration, basic troubleshooting, and quality adjustments under supervision. Assists with programming, documentation, team training, safety compliance, and continuous improvement activities in a manufacturing environment.

Develops, tests, audits, and improves manufacturing processes, equipment layouts, tooling, workflows, and quality systems in a metalworking environment. Analyzes production, labor, and material costs; maintains process documentation and ERP engineering masters; coordinates equipment maintenance; trains machinists and operators; and supports safety, quality, delivery, and productivity initiatives. Requires knowledge of GD&T, SolidWorks or Mastercam, manufacturing practices, project management, and regulatory compliance.

Manages new product development projects from concept through commercialization. Operates and sets up CNC machining equipment, proves out and optimizes programs, troubleshoots using G and M codes, and improves cycle time and process capability. The Machinist 2 maintains quality and safety standards, reads blueprints and GD&T, trains operators, maintains equipment and work areas, and supports continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Leads the ideation, development, positioning, and go-to-market execution of limited-edition and custom products. Conducts customer and market research, defines product requirements, supports the new product roadmap, develops messaging and content, trains Sales and Marketing teams, and collaborates with Engineering, Product Development, Operations, and external partners. The role also presents product stories internally and externally and supports product launches, with 15–25% annual travel.

Manages environmental health and safety programs in a manufacturing environment, including OSHA compliance, inspections, incident investigations, training, HAZCOM, hazardous materials transportation, environmental reporting, workers’ compensation, contractor safety, and emergency preparedness. Maintains regulatory records, develops procedures, leads corrective actions, and partners with leaders and employees to reduce workplace safety, health, environmental, and property risks.

Operates and troubleshoots CNC machines in an aluminum manufacturing cell. Performs tool offsets, tool presetting, probe and tool-setter calibration, machine alarm correction, precision part inspection, and process monitoring. Follows work instructions, quality and safety procedures, supports operator training, maintains housekeeping, and contributes to continuous improvement. Requires knowledge of GD&T, G- and M-code programming, blueprint reading, metalworking tools, and precision measurement equipment.

Responds to customer inquiries, provides technical product assistance, processes sales orders, and supports commercial, military, and law enforcement sales inquiries. Maintains CRM account records, coordinates customer handoffs, assists with administrative tasks and events, and participates in continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives. The role requires strong communication, organization, recordkeeping, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools in a manufacturing environment.

Maintains fixed assets, reconciles prepaid, accrual, debt, and tax accounts, prepares sales and federal excise tax returns, analyzes expense trends, explains variances, and supports external and bank audits. The role also contributes to safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. It may supervise junior accountants and requires strong analytical, organizational, Excel, ERP, and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.

Designs, prototypes, tests, and improves firearms and related accessories. Develops CAD models, drawings, specifications, material and coating selections, cost estimates, risk assessments, and test procedures. Collaborates with manufacturing, sales, marketing, vendors, and customers to deliver cost-effective products and provide technical support. Requires mechanical engineering expertise, extensive SolidWorks experience, GD&T knowledge, FEA capability, and manufacturing-environment experience.

Assembles and inspects firearms, upper and lower receivers, and related components according to company standards. Performs quality checks, follows work orders, SOPs, safety procedures, and manufacturing instructions, and maintains accurate records. Supports continuous improvement, environmental health and safety initiatives, and production goals. Requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with machinery, noise, chemicals, and lifting requirements.

Leads enterprise SIOP, master production scheduling, production and capacity planning, inventory strategy, and planning system governance. Translates demand into executable supply and production plans while balancing customer needs, manufacturing capacity, supplier capability, inventory, and financial objectives. Owns planning metrics, ERP parameters, MRP processes, PFEP strategies, scenario planning, recovery activities, and cross-functional alignment. Develops the Planning organization and drives continuous improvement, ERP optimization, and operational readiness.

Manages military, federal, state, and local sales relationships and opportunities. Prepares quotations and RFP responses, maintains CRM records, develops pipelines for field sales, coordinates internal resources, supports distributors and agencies, and provides timely customer service. The role also attends trade shows, manages sales administration, and follows company safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Plans and executes quality assurance and control activities for manufacturing processes and products. Analyzes quality data, develops inspection methods and process control plans, supports engineering changes and first article inspections, and leads root-cause analysis, corrective actions, capability studies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with Engineering and Operations to improve process controls, trains personnel on quality tools, and maintains performance metrics and quality documentation.

Conducts firearm inspections, test firing, range operations, and maintenance while serving as Range Safety Officer. Ensures finished firearms meet fit, function, safety, quality, packaging, documentation, and ATF compliance standards. Provides team support and informal training, promotes continuous improvement, and follows manufacturing safety procedures. Requires Armorer 1-level expertise, strong firearms knowledge, detailed recordkeeping, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Leads manufacturing engineering operations, supporting new product development, production, process improvement, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, CNC programming, tooling, and corrective actions. Manages and develops engineering team members, ensures project milestones and safety goals, designs workholding solutions in CAD, improves manufacturing layouts and workflows, and collaborates with research, quality, and maintenance teams to improve production efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost.
