Performs accounts payable processing, including invoice entry, three-way matching, vendor payments, employee expense reimbursements, reconciliations, journal entries, credit applications, royalty payments, and vendor master data reviews. Maintains accounting records and supports month-end close while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies. Requires attention to detail, ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage deadlines in a manufacturing environment.

Supports manufacturing readiness and new product integration by validating routings, BOMs, part data, costs, tooling, materials, and ERP records. Coordinates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams during product launches, process validation, first-article builds, and production ramp-up. Investigates production issues caused by inaccurate system data, supports change control and ERP activities, and develops manufacturing documentation. The role also contributes to safety, quality, Lean improvement, capacity planning, and operational efficiency.

Plans and integrates manufacturing machinery and equipment, develops CNC programs, designs fixtures and workholding solutions, and supports machining operations. Conducts capability studies, troubleshoots and runs off CNC equipment, evaluates equipment needs, oversees installations, and contributes to process improvement. Mentors engineers and machinists in machining, fixture design, workholding, and programming while managing multiple projects and supporting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
