Develop NLP, LLM, and machine learning pipelines to abstract clinical concepts from structured, unstructured, and multimodal healthcare data. Query healthcare source systems, curate and validate AI-ready datasets, support patient phenotyping and real-world evidence analyses, and deliver HIPAA-compliant data products. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, communicate findings to technical and clinical audiences, and improve data quality for customer AI applications. The role is remote with occasional quarterly travel.

Partner with clients to design healthcare data science solutions, curate multimodal clinical datasets, and conduct statistical, predictive, causal inference, real-world evidence, and AI/ML analyses. Responsibilities include querying EMR and other health data sources, creating statistical analysis plans, managing SQL and analytical programming, ensuring HIPAA-compliant data quality, documenting findings, and presenting results to technical, clinical, and executive audiences.

Build Dandelion Health’s marketing function from the ground up by developing messaging, managing content and thought leadership, coordinating conferences and PR, supporting product launches, and translating complex clinical AI and multimodal data capabilities into compelling narratives for life sciences and AI developer audiences. The role also supports executive engagements and requires independent, organized execution in an ambiguous startup environment.

Design, implement, and maintain dbt/Snowflake ELT transformations to convert raw clinical and multimodal health data into trusted, analysis-ready models; enforce data quality, lineage, testing, CI/CD, and documentation; collaborate with clinical and ML teams to harmonize ontologies and support de-identification and ETL across health systems.

Lead product strategy and execution for life sciences data products: define vision and roadmap, run discovery and customer research, prioritize scalable data product opportunities, craft requirements and success metrics, partner with engineering and data science to deliver AI-enabled workflows, and iterate using performance insights to support clinical development customers.

Lead enterprise sales to life sciences, AI developers, and medical device customers: build pipeline, manage complex deals, close contracts, hit revenue targets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and represent the company externally.

Own and expand strategic life science accounts: translate customer objectives into deliverables, lead cross-functional execution (data science, engineering, growth), manage communications and project plans, identify upsell opportunities, and influence product roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term partnerships.
