Responsibilities include assigning follow-ups, monitoring project execution and status, maintaining customer records, and ensuring CRM information remains current.

Record financial transactions in Tally, process invoices and payments, prepare financial statements and MIS reports, assist with budgeting, support audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures.

Manage day-to-day civil construction site operations from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, coordinating labor and materials, overseeing execution against technical and quality standards, documenting manpower, material usage and progress with photographs, and communicating updates or issues to technical support engineers.

Provides on-site and remote technical guidance for waterproofing projects, conducts site inspections, recommends solutions, and supports clients and site engineers. Plans and oversees project activities, supervises labor, coordinates materials and equipment, prepares quotations and work orders, maintains documentation, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, client, and building-code requirements.

Supports SEO initiatives through keyword research, on-page and content optimization, technical website audits, link building, performance monitoring, competitor analysis, ranking reports, and SEO-friendly content creation. The intern will use analytics and SEO tools while staying current with search engine trends and algorithm updates.

Leads regional B2B and project sales, managing the full cycle from lead generation through work orders, execution, collections, and account growth. Develops relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, government bodies, and key accounts. Oversees sales targets, demand forecasting, project planning, technical coordination, CRM reporting, customer satisfaction, and commercial negotiations. Requires construction-industry knowledge and coordination with operations, supply chain, technical, R&D, and finance teams.

Oversee waterproofing project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, site supervision, technical guidance, quality control, safety compliance, inspections, documentation, team leadership, and client communication. Address project issues promptly, coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders, maintain workmanship standards, and support successful delivery within timelines and budgets.

Drives sales growth and franchise development within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include managing franchise performance, achieving sales targets, collecting outstanding payments, handling contractors and applicators, conducting training, supporting franchise sales teams, identifying new markets, onboarding franchisees, coordinating technical approvals, monitoring competitors, and submitting market and performance reports. Extensive territory travel and a valid two-wheeler license are required.
