Assist with planning, coordinating, and managing civil construction and waterproofing projects across Kerala. Coordinate site teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders; monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, safety, and quality; prepare progress reports; support procurement; troubleshoot site issues; and conduct frequent inspections and site visits.

Coordinate sales leads, customer callbacks, project conversions, client communication, billing, payments, and fund collection across Kerala. The role serves as a central hub between sales, account management, area project managers, project coordinators, and clients. Responsibilities include assigning follow-ups, monitoring project execution and status, maintaining customer records, and ensuring CRM information remains current.

Record financial transactions in Tally, process invoices and payments, prepare financial statements and MIS reports, assist with budgeting, support audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures.
