Manages the G100 Global Leaders ThM Scholarship Program across recruitment, enrollment, online and residential study, student transitions, communications, events, budgeting, reporting, and graduation. Coordinates students, mentors, academic departments, immigration services, housing, financial aid, and other stakeholders. Tracks milestones, student progress, program metrics, risks, and expenditures; prepares executive materials; maintains documentation; and leads retrospective evaluations to improve future cohorts and strategic initiatives.

Creates and edits metadata records for print books, periodicals, theses, and dissertations using library cataloging standards. Manages serial subscriptions, receipt, holdings, binding, shipments, and physical item processing in OCLC WMS. Maintains operational manuals and statistics, processes thesis submissions, supervises a part-time student worker, and supports cataloging and metadata services.

Provides academic advising and degree planning for international students in the G100 program. Responsibilities include course selection, degree audits, progress monitoring, at-risk student referrals, transition support, liaison work with academic departments, student records maintenance, paperwork, seminars, and advising on alternative programs and financial aid. The role requires cross-cultural communication, knowledge of DTS degree pathways, strong organization, and coordination across international time zones.
