Dallas Theological Seminary Benefits Overview

Develop print, digital, and multimedia marketing materials that align with the seminary’s brand and messaging. Responsibilities include concept development, graphic design, layout, image editing, digital advertising assets, prepress preparation, printer coordination, quality review, and project delivery. The designer collaborates with marketing and communications teams, manages overlapping deadlines, follows department processes, and supports projects from concept through completion.

Coordinates weekend hybrid classroom operations, campus setup and closing, student and faculty communications, security and access needs, supplies, safety procedures, and host-church facilities coordination. Plans and executes campus and regional events, including catering, IT, worship, volunteers, and presentations. Supports Northeast regional sites with course logistics, event planning, and staff travel coordination.

Coordinates online, hybrid, and extension education programs by supporting students, faculty, and staff; scheduling classes and events; maintaining records and databases; processing financial documentation; coordinating classroom technology and supplies; assisting with course materials and learning platforms; troubleshooting basic technical issues; preparing communications and reports; and supporting departmental projects. Occasional travel is required for extension classes and events.
