The Human Resources Business Partner supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, compliance, performance management, training, HR metrics, HRIS administration, and workforce communications. The role partners with managers and employees to resolve workplace concerns, interpret policies, mitigate risk, improve engagement, and advance people initiatives across compensated and volunteer workforces.

Engage visitors in outdoor gallery spaces of the Children’s Garden, presenting STEM and Earth/Life Science content, ensuring exhibits are ready and safe, monitoring public behavior, reporting issues, and delivering inviting educational programming.

Lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising and membership strategy, overseeing annual giving, major/planned gifts, corporate and foundation relations, sponsorships, events, and membership acquisition/retention. Manage a development team and volunteers, collaborate with senior leadership and Board, use CRM to track pipelines and metrics, manage budgets, ensure stewardship and compliance, and serve as a public ambassador to grow philanthropic revenue and advance institutional priorities.
